I am pursuing an MA in literature from SIUE while teaching first-year writing courses and working on The Wide, Wide World Digital Edition. I have a BA in English and American Literature with a minor in linguistics. My primary interests lie in textual studies, particularly focusing on the materiality and metaphorics of different textual forms and printing technologies (including textiles and digital texts). In my spare time I enjoy knitting, tatting, and creative writing.
